Zonal Sales Manager- Lahore & Hyderabad

Responsible for Monthly Target achievement from respective Zone
• Ensuring the implementation of Company Policy with full latter & spirit at all levels.
• Conducting regular Business Meetings with all respective Distributors to get them aware about Company projections & plans
• Guiding Business partners to bring Business Operations on the go if required.
• Preparing estimates of Primary and Secondary Sales and distribution of stocks
• Development of distribution network in territories and Zone
• Monitor works of Sales Officers and DSR
• Market visits on regular bases & developing strong relations with Key trade members as well with Distributors.
• Facilitating the BTL team in making route plans for Sales Officers
•  Monitoring of BTL activities executed in Territories and Zone
• Monitor competition activity & design a counter plan for such activities
• Ensuring smooth functions of distribution houses in all respective areas
• Ensuring timely coordination of trade offers and consumer promotions with all distributors.
• Responsible for Development of New Distributions in Zone
• Carrying out the preliminary evaluation of potential distributors by analyzing their financial standing, ability to meet market demands, reputation and availability
